Our album is recorded in the legendary Saal 3 at Funkhaus, Berlin and here are some snapshots.

There’s a moment I keep coming back to—looking up from the piano mid-session and seeing Nils Frahm standing in the control room. Surreal, quiet, perfect. Thank you Nils for sharing that space with us.

Saal 3 holds a special kind of sound, soaked into the walls. We tried to catch a piece of it.

We’re celebrating the release this Sunday with a concert—come join us.

In just a few days, we’re filling Hotel Cecil with strings, synths, space dust, and you (hopefully). Here’s a little glimpse from the practice room — things are coming together, and we can’t wait to share Flux Nebula with you live.

Let us know if you’re coming — it means the world to us.

🪐 Sunday, May 4th – Hotel Cecil, Copenhagen

We’re inviting you to our release concert for Flux Nebula, our new album about black holes, cosmic pulses, and the beauty of not knowing everything. This record is rooted in curiosity. I (Katrine) used to lie awake at night as a kid, thinking about the universe. I’d read that it was expanding, and that what we see when we look at the stars is actually the past. Making Flux Nebula brought me right back to that feeling — of wonder, and trying to make sense of something much bigger than myself.

Jesper got obsessed with new research about pulsars — tiny sonic pulses that echo through the Milky Way. He started asking: What would a pulsar sound like, if it were music?

Together, we wrote ten pieces that orbit between neoclassical and electronic — warm piano, raw violin, wide synths, deep reverb. It’s music for drifting. Music for stillness. Music for space.

We recorded parts of the album at Nils Frahm’s studio in Berlin, and we’ll be playing it live at Hotel Cecil on May 4th. We’d love to see you there — to share this with you, in a room, with sound all around us.

🎟️ Tickets via Hotel Cecil here.

Søndag Søndag

Just minutes out of Copenhagen, there is a former swimhall that's been taking over by nature. The resonance out there is very special and beautiful, and the surroundings reminded us of a mix of calm nature and an apocalyptic future - which felt oddly right for our music slowly branching into the next album about black holes and the universe.

Sometimes staying on one note makes all the difference.

We’d love to invite you into one of our quiet creative moments. Imagine a slow, Sunday afternoon, where inspiration drifts gently through the air. Capturing a sense of space doesn’t always require layers of effects—sometimes it’s as simple as playing a violin softly, allowing each note to linger in the atmosphere.

These ideas often come to life spontaneously in my home studio, in moments just like this. Welcome to our Sunday space—slow, atmospheric, and filled with quiet wonder.

Next Wednesday, we’re performing live at Sleeve Sessions in the beautiful, atmospheric surroundings of Klub, right in the heart of Copenhagen.

We’d love to see some familiar faces there—maybe yours? If you’d like to join and haven’t secured a ticket yet, you can get one right here. It’s free, but make sure to sign up:

We promise to share photos and maybe even a live video afterward!

We’re fascinated by the special atmosphere of Sundays—the gentle pause at the end of the week, a moment to reflect on what has happened and dream about what’s next. Sundays have their own unique tone, inviting us to dive into memories, expectations, and possibilities

It’s rather cloudy in Copenhagen and we spent the day recording strings, trying to blend the acoustic sound of the muted studio and the more hall like living room, using Cole to not overdo the high frequencies and Neumann tactile details, placing them right in the door between the two very different sonic rooms.
